We start where it’s still complex.

If you’ve got a complex problem, we know how to get started on it — and often how to design the whole solution and help you deliver it.

What we do

Where we’re strongest.

AI strategy, governance and delivery

Strategy you can defend, governance that actually governs, and hands-on build — held together as one capability, not a relay.

Programme recovery and course correction

When a committed programme is going wrong and reputation and budget are both exposed: the deft reset.

Planning and project controls

Integrated planning, schedule integration and earned value on major programmes — rigour that stands up to scrutiny.

Target operating model

Operating models designed with the people who have to live in them — and implemented, rather than left on the slide.

Business cases that stand up

Five Case Model, Green Book discipline: the case for change made honestly, evidenced properly, and built to pass.

How we work

Complexity is human.

A problem with many moving parts but no people in it is merely complicated — knowable, and soluble by working through it. People are what make a problem complex: emergent, contested, alive. That is where the difficulty really lives, and where we work.

So we begin by doing very little: observing, listening, and finding the real problem beneath the presented one. The answer is usually already there — in the situation, or in the way the people closest to it describe what is wrong. Our work is to find it, make it usable, and see it through.

Proof

Proof, by shape.

The clients worth having expect discretion, so we do not publish case studies. We show the recurring shapes of problem we resolve — and we prove the method live, in the room, on your problem rather than someone else’s.

Getting started

Bring us the problem while it’s still a mess.

An Orientation is a short, bounded diagnostic: we observe, listen, and come back with the real problem named and the first tractable moves. You commit little, and end holding something useful — whether or not we go further together.
